Nicole Matthias, RN, BSN, LNC is the founder of MLNC. She is a graduate of the Legal Nurse Consulting program at the University of Georgia. She graduated magna cum laude from the Medical College of Georgia (Athens campus) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

She has over ten years of clinical experience in various specialties and settings; including bedside nursing at several Atlanta hospitals, clinics and home healthcare. She also has experience as a nurse manager and educator.

With her education and clinical experience her ability to provide crucial medical insight and support for attorneys involved in medical/legal issues is a decisive advantage for your legal team.
